...is up and running. Thought I'd share this pic. Havent had it in the water yet, but she sounds real fine :D

That thing is going to be a handful with that motor! How much power estiamted?

Yea, it should be interesting to say the least. The engine is built very similiar to this one with exception to the heads...

My BBC Performance book has a build with oval port heads and a very similiar cam and it made 575hp...of coarse mine is choked down with logs n snails. Both of these engines peaked around 6200 rpm, and I dont think I will ever see that...it will have all I need in this boat tho :D
