Nothing!MVD didn't even look at the Rhino.just the paperwork.Supposed to have a windshield,but they just made me sign a paper saying that i was aware
i was supposed to have a windshield.
Legally if the cops stop you i belive you need seat belts,windshield.
Required to use hand signals.I'm going to add a rearview mirror just so i can see whats behind me.
