I'll have the best of both worlds. Ride right out my gate up Osborne Wash and shoot from 6ish to 9ish head home jump in the river to cool aff and clean up and hop in the boat which will already be in the water and continue the day

We will be down in blythe. Hitting up some backwater out on crit land. Sunrise till 9 or 10 then hit the river.

I'll be about 40 miles outside of Niland, Imperial valley. With all do respect Parker is to easy, to many doves and too many hunters. I prefer Niland as it will take you at least 2 hours to limit out.

The reservation has some great shooting, between Parker and Blythe, both along the river and in the hills, gotta look for a spot on the day before, good crops this year will help the feeding..the weather will play its typical role is scatering the birds Im sure..
You have to buy the Indian hunting licence, but if your from CA its better than buying an out of state licence from AZ.

We used to go to palo verde, south of the 10 and state line. I don't really care for the dove meat so I don't go out of my way to shoot em. That's pretty easy compared to quail in Mohave.

Niland is the scariest place on the planet! While you're in the area go check out Slab City and watch the "scrappers" haul live bombs out of the military bombing range. Someone REALLY needs to produce a documentary on the freak show that IS Niland.

I'll probably use my pelet gun this year, and just shot a few pigeons off the roof of my house:D :D :D I can usually limit out in 20 minutes:D :D :D
