Wiring Questions

I have a 1981 Jet boat and the wiring in it is horrible. Can anyone recommend a fix for me? I have heard that Painless is a good option, anyone recommend a specific kit?

Yup that one got a lot of play. I'm still waiting for a couple of answers, one of which is about the circuit breaker that was used in the mounting bracket, and the other was about the starter pre-selnoid (sp). Other than that, finding the color coded wire and not paying an arm and a leg for it has been a task that I'm not finished with.
