How big do you need?
There is a small lake at Debeque. about 20 miles north of GJ right on I 70. I am looking at it right now.
Canyon Lake campground. It's $20.00 to launch. Private campground.
The owners have a 42' motor yacht they keep there.
The lake is very small, although people do ski and tube on it.
Maybe 1-2 miles of shoreline? You can stand on the shore and easily look at the whole lake.
