I chartered a 2 day boat out of H&M Landing in San Diego September 9-11, 2007. I have 4 spots that are unfilled at this point. If you don't have your own gear, the landing does have gear available for rent. Specs...
Indian Sportfishing (www.indiansportfishing.com)
24 person load with comfortable sleeping arrangements
$300 per person plus food and permits
Departs around 9 PM on September 9
Returns evening of September 11 (sometime between 4 and 6 PM)
Fishing is just now beginning to get good...target fish is all species of tuna, dorado, and yellowtail...
PM me if you are intersted in going or if you have any questions...I will get back to you quickly

that's cheap, but it's nice when they include the food. The beers add up too!!!

I will say that it is nice when food is included, but I did the math, and it's really not worth it. It would be even more expensive to have beer included...
I need to fill these spots!!!

Just got back from being on the International Star 1.5 day trip. Enjoyed it, but fishing was not good (I think because of changes in the weather due to the hurricane) Our boat picked up a total of 11 fish with 28 people. highest of the day out of all the boats at H&M landing...It was a blast though.

I'll take what I can get. was a tough day. Wish I would have landed something bigger though similar to the 53lb. king salmon I landed on the rogue river a couple years ago. :)

You guys will do great on a two day for what it is this year. Get your load to cough up a little more cash and keep the head count down. If your dates were different I could fill these spots.. damn. Have fun.. you will be getting lots of Albacore so be prepared.

I did the International Star 1.5 day a few years back and the same thing happened to me. There was a storm and the fishing sucked. 14 fish and I landed 3 of them myself;) . We ended up having to stay on the back side of San Clemente Island to avoid the storm. There were thousands of flying fish and the seals were chasing them for hours. Also, we saw the biggest whale the captain of the boat had ever seen. I think the Int. Star is around 85' and the whale dwarfed the boat. It swam right next to the boat, it was freakin HUGE!!!! Wish I could go on this trip, but I have a big bid due monday. $300 a head is a great price guys. If you've never been tuna fishing, you're missing out!!!
