Holley ID

[Big Inch]

Anyone have a holley manual that can help me identify which carb I have. Here are the numbers that are on my carb but I can't navigate their website well enough to figure it out on my own. L9375 - 0804 - 12.R - 8795B are all the numbers listed on the carb. Anyone able to decipher? It's supposed to be a 1150 dominator.
