This thread was going to be about what happened to common courtesy aboout keeping slower traffic on the freeway to the right.
But since i got a speeding ticket about 8- 10 miles before needles we can turn this into a bash the CHP thread
or a thread about slowing down on the freeway
or a thread on how to beat a speeding ticket
or a thread on asking someone to sign off on my ticket
or??

No no.. 8-10 miles away from Needles on the 40.
he said i was doing 88... and truthfully, i probably was.. but that downhill grade is soo easy to pickup speed

You have probably been going to the river/lake long enough to know that you should slow down about 1 mile before that down hill into Needles.

Isn't that amazing ? You can't park a boat on any street in Needles without fear
of it being vandalized, but the freeway sure is safe !

I got stopped on that grade pulling the boat at maybe 70-75'ish, even though I was kinda rude he let me go after I asked why he didn't stop the semi that passed me. Ended up with a fix it ticket for tint.
LOL, and I guess having my LEO friends biz card behind my Drivers License in my wallet helped a bit too.....more than once;)

It's saved my butt more than once. Expensive but I know it has more than paid for itself by now.
