Watched the eclipse from the start and I wish I would have brought a good camera. Mostly a deep red with partial white right now and an awsome sight!

No, me and the roughy's were just hangin out in front of my shack BBQ'n and watching the eclipse. I don't have a lick of use for climbing the derrick anymore. 5 years of that ladder were enough for me :D and i'm not sure that getting 160 feet higher to take a picture of something 300,000 miles away is going to improve the picture :D

I am looking at it here in CO and it is awesome!
Didn't mean to piss you off, just getting away from the rig lights helps the pics.
turn out. Thats what I meant.
I am trying to get some but my camera is a POS.
Oh well, at least we saw it.

Hey Tommy, I never did an overseas tour. I was fortunate enough to stay in Cali for 13 years, Persidio with the 87th EOD, Ft Irwin with 259th EOD with some time with the 70th EOD in San Diego and alittle time @ China Lake NWC just before Desert Storm. That patch belongs to my son who is in Korea (DMZ) with the 2nd I.D.

Excellent.
I know the IMJIM patch well. My Dad was on the DMZ in '69. Air Force, combat control. He ended up in 17th TAS - 2nd Aerial Port I have all his old patches and treasure that one the most.
Well Wishes to you and your' boy!!
