I have been following the development of these things. It is based off a hot Sportster engine. What a sick bike.
I can't wait to see one in person. White or blue with Shelby stripes please.:)

That's a pretty sick looking bike. I like the lines a lot.

LOL, Joel Domergue has been building this style of bike since 99 and before... Roland Sands didn't start really buiding HD based bikes till 2003.

Like I said, they have been building bikes before roland. PM never built bikes till Roland started in around 2003.
mobldj,
I have no idea how much. I heard 35k, which is way too much imho. I would think mid 20s would be a cool deal though
Spectras Only,
I am a big MVA fan. I have ridden only 1 or 2 of the models though. I have a friend in Redondo that owns a few and he and I took them to the Rock Store one day.

Yeah, its basically the same idea. Mass centralization, low center of gravity, blah, blah. It is very cool though. I would love to have one.

I think the days are gone of people paying 60k for 30k bikes for awhile:D

I agree. It was good and bad for our business. On the good side, all the biker, builder shows got people excited to ride. On the other hand, I am sure we lost some business to custom builders and companies like American Ironhorse, APC, Big Dog, etc.
Now those builders are disapearing faster than Britney's underwear. :D

I said it before, the "fad" is gone...one of the members here sells Harley's and argued with me and based it on record sales the previous month for and argument.
The bottom line is the custom builders market is in the crapper, and only the strong will survive, the ones that made a good bike and stood behind them, Im betting the way overpriced guys (like Borguet) will soon be adios. The ones that lived off a a good name and overcharged for there bikes are seeing reality up close.
I think the used boat market is in better shape than the used bike market is right now, and that's scary!!
Harley is more than likely seeing some falling numbers, since the recent marketing tools they are using, when was the last time you saw a Harley commercial on TV like you do now?
Your gonna see a lot of folks out there with 40-60k bikes stuck with them. And the warranty wars will begin!!!

Personally, I think it's focking ugly. It looks like a dirt bike with acne.

I agree it is kinda cool looking. Kinda like a Buell Lightning and a Ducatti M900 had one night of frenzied sex in the back alley behind some seedy biker bar and this is the offspring that was later given up for adoption. Of course for around twelve grand or less, there are several Japanese motorcycles with nearly double the horsepower, probably far better track tested brakes and suspension technology, huge aftermarket parts availibity, long warrantys backed by nationwide service networks, etc, but I do wish it the best of luck.
