There is only one cop I have ever seen in the 5 yrs I have been working for Harley that wears one of those and I want to punch him in the nose. He is an idiot.:D

here in Texas we pretty much wear them on our belts on & off duty!
and in regards to your other post most le's i know NEVER wanted to be a fireman or they would be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

here in Texas we pretty much wear them on our belts on & off duty!
and in regards to your other post most le's i know NEVER wanted to be a fireman or they would be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They all say that but we know they just stood in the shorter line for an application.:D

Hell yes! Association t-shirts and license plate frames that say "smile I could be behind you" also. Too bad there aren't any helmet stickers for the cars or we would have those as well.:)

Only when it is an armed suspect, after all we are not armed and not wearing a bullet proof vest.
We do roll in if a cop needs immediate assistance.

I didn't. There was and is always an easier way to carry an off-duty piece.
Fanny packs, especially the ballistc nylon models, are a dead give away.
I liked to remain incognito.
