It's in Pomona, California. Yeah it runs. I took it on trade for another deal from a friend. He used boat in current condition, but I probably wouldn't. Floor is really soft between driver and passenger seat, and interior is pretty shot, but complete. Is it worth $10k in current condition? Less?, More? I had plans to gut and restore it, but am thinking of just selling it now.

It's pretty soft, just forward of the ski locker between driver and passenger seat. I wouldn't try to patch it; just replace it from the dash to the transom.

Is it the sub-floor that is soft? I bought a '78 and the sub floor was shot in the rear around the motor. I had planed on gutting it when I bought it but after ripping out the floor was supprised to find the stringers were DUST.....lots of work left to do! Congrats on the new ride and good luck with the rehab, I am sure it will be one of the nicest to come out of the shop. I wish I could have got mine that cheap.
