I have a 50 X 14 storage unit at Empire Storage on Empire Blvd.
It is just off of Hwy 95 and Kiowa. This is a new unit 1.3 miles from Windsor launch ramp. I'm asking $200 per month. PM if interested and we can discuss details. This unit is on the end. Right next to restroom and showers. It's also next to the RV dump station and trash dump area. Security cameras, gated entry, fire sprinklered, electrical outlets and water valve next to door.
It has a great lake view. This is a high end storage unit. The door has a thick molding strip and the concrete has a small 1" step. Together this prevents dirt and dust from entering the unit.
