counting his lucky stars he is not dead.
With that being said, how many of you have ever wondered
what is really out at -Area 51-
My guess is he just might be there.
Met him in Salina after he went'round the world.
Super nice guy, hope all is well.

The millionaire eccentrics spend their latter years plotting their staged deaths. Fossett is sipping a MaiTai in a Malaysian grass hut going under the assumed name "Daphine."

You only file a flight plan if you are going from A to B. If you are flying around randomly looking for something it's uselss.
Yea he has a private island but it's not secret. :)

I think this foccker Steven didn't want to be found.
He could have landed his aircraft in a remote landing area in Beatty Nv and spent most of his time at the Cotton Tail Ranch
(picking cotton):D :D
We might see him in the next Viagra commercial:D

Flight plans aren't required period for flights like Fossett took.
A good rule of thumb in search and rescue is that if you can hear the ELT (emergency beacon) there is a good chance someone is alive... if not... well... we'll hope for the best.
Trying to find a single engine airplane in the middle of wilderness and rugged terrain is literally like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

I knew someone, about twenty years ago, was flying with his pilot from here to Vegas. They never made it. Finally found the wreckage in the mountains a month later with both of them dead.
