Anybody have a use for a 10x50 garage in Parker? Should be available in about 2 weeks. Looking for $200/mo.

It is in the vicinity of Keys 1. It would be for storage purposes only. I should add .....any working on the boat/cars should be limited to taking them in or out.

Sorry, was not trying to be a di** head, just clarifying that it would be boat storage only and not a mechaincs type garage.

Lets try this, does anybody need this size storage and if so, whats it worth to you? This place has an outlet for a trickle charger, is couple hundred feet to a gas station and a launch ramp.....if you know the person, 2 Parker size boats will fit.....

Well Scott, I'm that close to the gas pumps, but have not found the launch ramp yet. I was thinking the same thing, that must be my building.:jawdrop:

Its actually in Keys 1. I just bought a place that has a 3 car garage. I would liek to offset a bit of the mortgage by renting the garage I don't use. Keys 1 has 2 ramps, it is secured, and it is accross from Circle K.

Andy,
Did not see your post. the 50 foot deep side has its own door. A wall is being built to cut it off from the other side of the garage. So, like any other private garage, the only way people would have access to it is by breaking in. If I rent it as a tandem, then I would have my boat in it as well as whoever else, so there has to be a level of trust that people know how to back a trailer.
