6th St. this weekend

Yeah I figured it would be slow. Well at least there should be smooth water. I've got a buddy who wants a fast ride. Should be fun seeing his reaction.

I may end up down there on sunday morning doing some test and tune for the following weekend at Bako. After last weekend i doubt anyone can handle it again for a couple weeks.

Steve alot of us will be down there the last weekend of september for a couple bday celebrations. You should roll down we will have a few of our hot rods down there.

UBFJ and a bracket hopefully 8.50 not sure yet.I know the boat ran like an 8.60 when Lakamp ran it and that was with a 468 with like 780 hp now it has a 565 with 950 on motor and a 300 shot so we will see. I think the hardware is way different than when he ran it though. The one time i ran it the boat was a definate handfull comin aff the throttle.

Danny, I'll probably be there on Saturday so we will miss getting together this weekend. I'll try to get there for end of the month, I'd like to hang with you guys so lets touch base again when its closer. That new boat looks hot! Good luck at the races....

Yep we have actually pointed that out but its kind of something that stuck with us. The 6th street crew is actuall from something different it came from a buddys shop that was off 6th street.

No we are not going, just got back from Blythe nice weekend skied all three days only a few boats out and let's not forget the fist fight at the ramp when a seadoo ran into the wifes jet while we were trying to load the boat. Becuse the chick jumped off the seadoo becuse she could not stop.:mad:

I checked the water release for Parker dam & the water flow is 9400....Pretty low, the "6th avenue Yacht Club" will probably play it by ear & watch the water level before launching Saturday, if it's too low we'll lauch at Aha Quinn. Please stop by if your at the park.
