I wondered what flannigan would need a primer for as well, especially since i offered to loan him mine. but then i realized that since he only starts his engine every time there's an election (every two years) that i might not be home on the special day he needs to borrow the priming tool to start his engine.
now the question is whether or not he'll actually drag the boat to a body of water large enough to idle around in tight circles within. :)
