Looking for advice on a good realtor in Havasu. I have a house in Havasu and thinking about selling it. I know now is not a good time to sell it, but we harley use it . I would like to see if there are any realtors here on the forum that can possibility give me a quick run down on what we might be able to get for it.
Any takers?
Regards,
Aqua Man

My wife is a Realtor and soon to be sworn in as President of the Association of Realtors. She has an unbeleivable work ethic and a large network of fellow realtors that bring us strong buyers.

A word of caution, find a realitor that doesn't have 3 of her own homes she is trying to sell at the same time as yours.

not a cheap shot, just the truth. Different person sold it in no time.

Ton's of homes for sell here.
If I was you I would go with Help U Sell and take the difference in commissions and lower the price.
A nice house priced right will sell!
Your house will be on the MLS which is all that really matters.

Well, I might as well throw my husband into the ring as well. His link is below and obviously I think he is a great realtor and if it is any indication, he has a huge amount of repeat customers and referrals. Good luck, all the realtors mentioned on here are good people.

So far everyone mentioned below are great choices, I really like Lori Dee as well. In regards to Help U Sell just remember the money you save on commission is the money you loose on advertising, which is key. Yes, the MLS is important, but so is marketing. I am not talking about the regular print ads I am talking on line and out of state marketing. 87% of all buyers come to a real estate agent with their top three to five choices all ready picked out because they have done the research on line, just look at this thread. If you haven't guessed by now, yes I am a REALTOR, click the link on my signature or look for my ad at the top of one of the pages. I am partnered up with Don Clark the co-owner of Brooks-Clark and Associates which is the second largest real estate company in town. You can check out my website, www.RyanOttosen.com, (http://ryanottosen.com) or his at www.HavasuHomeTeam.com (http://havasuhometeam.com), you could also go to any major search engine and type in Lake Havasu Real Estate and Don's website should appear.
Of course we want to earn your business, but the most important thing is you are happy with your selection. Yes, pricing and marketing and very important, but so is the relationship you have with your agent. Like buying your house you it was the one when you walked into it, you will know your agent when you meet or talk with them. Good luck and let me know if I can be of any assistance to you in anyway.

Im sure there are other factors with that....

Funny thing is I went to high school with her husband. It gets better she was the listing agent and my now boss was my agent when I bought her personal house four years ago. So yes, she is good and cute.:)
