The building comes with an engineered set of drawings. I can assist you with the necessary permits, sell you the building and find a reputable builder in your area.:)

I will work up a general quote for your 40x60. We can do any size including airplane hangers. The total price will depend on how many doors, sizes, windows, skylights etc...:)

No problem, send me a PM with your fax number. The building will be designed specifically for your location and will come with a complete set of structurally engineered drawings for the specific windspeed and seismic requirements. Please provide as much detail as possible. Such as door and window opening sizes etc...
You will need a plot of your lot and a foundation plan for city permit approval. I will be able to walk you through those requirements, if needed.
