I have a brand new never opened kit that I was going to install on my '06 Duramax. I didn't get around to doing it and have since sold the truck. This kit is for 06 and 07 model year trucks with the LLY or LBZ engine code. I have been told that this is the same kit for the 2004.5 and 2005 LLY but can not guarantee it. Please do your own research.
