How do you fix a strap on???

If a strap on is going 45 mph do north (wot mind you) & a jet is goin 109 do south (half thottle :) ) & there is a breeze blowing do east at 15 mph. How fast is the smoke from the wacka going?? :rolleyes:

For example if the girls in the O/B boat could be traveling away from the jet at 45 mph but the distance between them and the O/B remains the effectively meaning they are not going anywhere without the wacka boat.
So in this case from the girls point of view this jet is faster -
