If you're looking for a turn-key fun to drive daycruiser, you won't find one nicer than my 20 Campbell (actually 21' long). The boat just underwent a complete ground-up rebuild, including: flawless new gelcoat, all new interior, all new rigging, new steering, new strut, new v-drive, new TH400, all new running gear, new prop, new cav plate system with stainless plates and electric tilt, incredible diamond plate floorboards with snap-in carpet, all-new SW gauges with billet bezels, EVERYTHING is NEW, including totally rebuilt trailer with all new hardware.
The driveline is rock-solid, turn key, and very reliable. Starts on the first click. It's a brand new hand-built and blueprinted 496 with forged crank, forged I-beam rods and forged pistons, all from Lunati. New ported Holley square port heads with inconel valves, fully rebuilt PFM turbos. Dyno tuned to 750hp at 7lbs of boost. The boat is VERY quiet, starts on first click, and runs 78-80mph all day long.
Big feature writeup in Hot Boat Magazine a few months ago. This this is literally perfect, only 22 hours, thanks to a fully refinished bottom rigging it handles like a sports car, better than any cruiser I've driven. Over $45k invested, I'll take $30k.

Howdy OMOL!
I fully understand the need to find a deal and save some money...did you happen to see my spam on HB for an 18' Hallett FB V-Drive the deal comes with a free 1967 El Camino that is beauty and part time show winner - sort of an all encompassing tow package....
Of course, I could sell the Hallett seperately... :)
BTW, congrats on the sale of your Vector, absolutely the nicest one I have ever seen...:D

21-23 ft closed or openbow. Prefer a prop but will take jet if its done right.Must be BBC.If outdrive must be Bravo. Must be clean and not sun rotted.Like to keep it under 18,000.00.There are alot of proud boat owners.I am confused by thinking you can pay 30,000 for a boat in 1995 and sell it for 20,000 in 2007 almost 2008. Or better yet sell a 25yr old boat for more than it cost new. With few exceptions these are not collector cars, and even that market is going through a major adjustment these days.

my 91 cobalt is 18500.00 with trailer and fresh 509 this year.i got 8500.00 in the motor.i added hyd single sterring ram revolution exhoust and ran it thru the hull.....very nice boat....its a sleeper..out run most jet boats :jawdrop: this was a $41.000.00 boat in 1991.runs mid 70s with a 25 pitch prop.probally needs a 26 for more speed but i like it like it is..turns a lot of heads when they see a family boat pull up sounding like it dose phoyos email me cwcbodyshop@yahoo.com..........always keep inside in winter

Its got a 454mag in it. Haven't really given it too much thought on what price but I'd say somewhere around $18k. I don't have to sell it it so I won't give it away. :D
