They will fit your XR as long as you have a XR hub assy. Good price on the prop !!!!
You will need to buy a XR hub assy for like 50-70 bucks.

Yes It All Depends On The Gear Ratio You Have In Your Drive And The Rpm Your Motor Turns? I Have A Dcb Mach 22 With A Small Block Fuel Injected Whipple And I Just Put A Bravo 32p On It And It Went 93 Mph With A 7 Lbs Pulley, Im Headed To The Lake In A Few With A 11 Lbs Pulley Im Thinking I Should Tap Into The 100's Today... On Pump Gas
