I agree. On any given day, any team can win. It just depends if you bring your "A" or not as well as the other team bringing their "A" game. I've seen some pretty crazy upsets. You just hear about them more in post season.

The Raiders led that game with 7 minutes to play, so I wouldn't exactly the say the got "crushed." Detroit scored a meaningless TD with a minute left to make it more than a one score game.
I hate the Raiders and Broncos equally, so I'm just trying to keep it real.

The Raiders looked decent the last two weeks. They could easily be 2-0. Kiffin definitely has them going in the right direction. They weren't even competitive last season. They won't win a ton of game, but they'll play everybody tough.

It's okay to man up and admit when your team loses Don, so man up!
I'm sure this isn't your first season watching football, and I'm sure that you've heard the term icing the kicker. Anytime a team is about to lose and they have time outs left they USE THEM to ice the kicker. With all the TV cameras on the side lines I'm sure there was video footage that provided undeniable proof that the Broncos did in fact call a TO before the snap. So in the end the BRONCOS WON!!!!
Don't worry Don, you guys have 14 more chances to get a win. I'm sure the Raiders will pull off at least one or two victories out of their 14 remaining oppurtunities. :D :D

As much as I hate to agree with Boozer, Don, he's right. The coach notifies any official that he plans on calling timeout before the kick. Then, anytime before the ball is snapped, he calls the timeout. It happens all the time.
Why dont they stop the play then? if it is before the ball is snapped? I think that is crap myself. :mad: I think NFL overtime is crap too, it should be another quarter. Me and a co-worker (non Raiders fan) were just discussing how lame NFL OT is.
Oh well, it is good to know the Broncos suck just as much as the Raiders. :D I really cant believe they almost lost to the Raiders. :D

They tried to stop play. The official blew his whistle, but it was so close to the snap that nobody heard it and it was very loud right before the snap.
And, you're right, NFT OT is BS.
That kick was money though. :)
Oh well, the Lakers will win a championship this year and make me happy again.
