The unit is 850sqft.The association dues are $172 a month.When the snowbirds come the office gets $1600 a month for rent.The summer time is like $125 a night I believe never really rented it in the summer so not 100% sure.The unit comes fully furnished ready to go.

Snowbirds come from jan-apr 1st 3months.The office keeps like 11 or 12%.
