I finally went to Superbad on Saturday night. All of us guys thought it was a great movie. The girls didn't really care for it.
300 rocked. Couldn't stop saying "I am Spartan". :)

I just saw "Vacancy". Its on dvd. Its pretty good.

"Beerfest" is not what people would call a great movie, but I liked it, and I think it's required watching.
"Downfall" is probably the best foreign movie I've ever seen, with the "Motorcycle Diaries" a close second.
"The Bourne Ultimatum" is very good, amazing how you can peek in the windows at CIA headquarters, and the CIA falls for the same gag that they did in the last movie.

I watched "Inside Deep Throat" on HBO the other night and I was laughing my ass off. The people they interview in this documentary are so funny. The producer, the location guy, the director. Great stuff. It will be on again Sept 21-22 on HBO. Goes into how the Mob controlled it's distribution and how theater owners had to pay cash up front to get it. The FBI agents who tried to stop it etc. Worth a look.

Beerfest is good but takes a certain type of humor to get it.
The best movie i've seen in the last 2 years is "The worlds fastest Indian".
If your into motorcycles, speed and motors you can appreciate this movie. I only buy a movie if i really love it. This one joined my collection of "Full Metal Jacket", "Super Troopers" and "Pulp Fiction".

I rented 23 and thought it was pretty good. First 30 minutes dragged and I figurd the ending pretty early.

Transformers was good.
Jodiie Foster's new movie, "The Brave One", is pretty good too, but also pretty predictable.

You did pick up on the twist that 2/3's of "Ultimatem" takes place between the last two scenes of "Supremecy"... from the time he leaves the Russian girl's flat to the time he calls Pam on the phone... both movie's rocked.
