1998 26' Fleetwood Prowler Toy Hauler. It is immaculately clean and in perfect shape. It sleeps 6-8 comfortably with a full size bed in the front, a queen up above in the back, two twins on the sides. You can also put a queen sized air mattress in the carpeted open area to make it sleep 8. The generator is included in the price! Good sized bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Gas stove and oven. New carpet. Microwave. Gas/electric refrigerator and water heater. Loads of storage. Air conditioner and heater work fantastic. No smoking or pets. External fueling station and outdoor shower. Brand new, matching awning has never been used before. Built in AM/FM/CD Player with speakers. LPG leak detector. Everything works great! 21' of storage space for a buggy & quad or motorcycles. 13' of space until first cabinet. Make an offer-- We want this sold! NO trades please.

Plenty of room for 4 quads and the BBQ. There is 21' of space to the bathroom door.
