Hey All, Does anyone know where I can get a good Bimini made for my ski boat? I just put a tower on it and my old bimini doesn't fit. My other alternative is to modify the one I have, but I'm not sure where to find bimini parts. Thanks

Pacific Canvas in Oceanside did a really nice one for me. They also do repair/modification. Fair price and excellent work.

I use Mark Luhr's Custom Upholstery in Santee. Been great for us and does a nice job on bimini tops. All stainless and he is pretty creative about construction and design.
His website is www.customupholstery.net

thanks for the two leads, any idea on price? I have an 18 ft ski boat with a tower and speakers. I"m guessing around 1000, am I high or low?

What exactly are you looking for? They have those tower bimini's at towerbiminis.com. I have a tower with speakers and still have the original bimini. Here is a pic...

Wow... I haven't built one for a boat yet that was less than $1800.
The stainless steel alone for the last one I built was nearly $1K.

You can also get bimini parts at West Marine, there are 3 in San Diego (2 on Rosecrans St. & 1 on Ingraham), another in Chula Vista, & 1 in Oceanside

Our last 2 quotes from Adlees for (WB style) in the 909 were about $500. W/O stainless.
They've cut their prices 20%.

That one there is aluminum with plastic ends... it will be fine, but not at 70 mph like we need.
Ours are 100% stainless in 1 1/8" diameter tubes. Plus, it is 8 1/2' wide and over 10' long, so the materials way add up.

Hanley's canvas in Lemon Grove. Jim and Vicky are great. I have used them for many years. Most S.S./ Sunbrella tops run around $450.00 to $550.00 installed from them. Excellent work!
