good luck it is overpriced.
drop 3k and you may get some action. just trying to help.
the more payments she makes. the harder this will hit her.
she will most likely have to come out of pocket to unload this.
it is either now or later.
if it goes repo it will sell for less then 8k. and she will get stuck for the difference and all the attorney fees repo fees interest etc. if she owes 18k on it and lets it go she will still have a 12k balance and no car.
maybe work with the finance company. if it it like wfs or fireside. they are willing to work out a sale with a loss. sometimes. or they would when i worked in the business. I'm sure things have not changed
the cts is a very nice car. it is just soft of resale.

Don't consider this advise. call it pointing out the obvious. as far as being in the car business. I previously mentioned use to. i have been far away from it for 2 years. with the way your post read. which came across as you being an asshole. i would wait for your wife cts to be reposed and maybe ask a wholesaler friend to pick it up for 8k. if it is the cleanest out there. my post was to help out and maybe give you other options. but shit if you want to be a prick. hope for 18500 obo. it wont even get a call. maybe the following will help you.:jawdrop:
