My bimini is too tall. The new SportDecks come with a lower profile bimini top. I would like to chop mine down at least 8 to 10 inches. Does anyone know someone preferably in Havasu that can do this?

They made mine shorter by sewing in another fabric panel which spread the bars out more making it lower. I have more shade coverage now because of it.

Take it over to Tammys in Havasu. They do excellent work and know how to set up your bimini for a really good price. I took the advise of the people here and couldn't be happier.

Don't go too low, ducking down everytime you walk around your boat is annoying after a while (not to mention a pain in the back after a long weekend.)
