View Full Version : NJBA's May race & Elsinore ...

At this point ... it looks like we will have to shelf the Elsinore plans for NJBA.
I have spoken to people at the city and we will need to meet their requirements prior to continuing (setting appointments with the Lake Director, insurance reviews, permits, clearence form the Army Corps of Engineers, etc.)
This is still in the works, but not for the 2006 season.
We will have to keep the May 6th & 7th dates at Lake Ming.
Thanks to everyone and their help ... we're not giving up, just having to plan it better for a possible site in '07.

so the may race is happening for sure? We need to plan our river dates asap.
wasnt there some question about that race since there is a race just 2 weeks before that one?
Im all for it, I say keep the May race if its still in question.

at this point the May race is set for Ming ... on the 6th & 7th ... plan for it until otherwise told ...
I'd make the powertour for another weekend ... possibly the weekend before laborday?

the weekend before that holiday at the end of May ... you know, the one that all of us business owners never get to participate in, but all of the employees do? yeah, that one ... :220v:

I think I worked 20 hours this past week ... WAY too much ...
I think I need to paddle out for a few more hours this week ... that way my mind will be a little more clear ...
