12JG - How many bot holes are there?

How many bolt holes are there actually where the bowl splits (between the bowl and the diverter)?

6 unless it has been double drilled for 12.

Ok, solves that one. Now, how much will a machine / boat shop charge to tap out one of the holes since the head on one of the bolts has been snapped off?

is any part of the bolt sticking out???? If not have you tried the center punch and hammer trick yet?? ( to back out the bolt) If you have about a 1/8th sticking out lock onto that puppy with some vise grips, then twist it right out. a machine shop will charge you 75-125 a hr to fix it.
