This guy fabbed this whole thing in his garage. He used a doner Ford truck...LOL . This guyhas unbelievable fab skills. You have to go through the thread to see the build pix.

Friend of mine built a beautiful Glassair . Took him almost 20 yrs to complete:eek: . Needless to say he was renting planes a lot to fill his desire to fly in the meantime . :D

Looks like he bought a Hummer hood. That's pretty nice work, not extremely difficult looking, but nice nonetheless.
Well, it is mostly flat panels, but just the measurment time alone would take months to make it match. I think it is awesome. :)

That is pretty cool. Not my cup O tea but still gotta love it.
But I'm tellin ya, if you think that's cool you should take a look at some of the off desert race trucks that get built in peoples garages.
Hands down the coolest part of my job is I get to see alot of cool projects like this.
