Yeah , a true decapitating machine for sure :220v: . No wonder r/c clubs need a 10 mil liability ins . At 250 lbs force at the tips , I sure like to stay away from it :) . Shooting rockets from a model = kamikazes :crossx: !
Even my tiny electric heli could chop a finger :2purples:

JBB , didn't you take lessons for the real thingy .Rather expensive for operating a model heli , don't you think :p

Took em for a while ......had a real confidence problem with the IP....I was his first student.....the Flight service offered me another IP .....at another airport 35 miles away...I decided to give the rest of the money put aside for lessons ..to that there televangelist feller... ....on the TV.... :rollside:
Ps...Back when I was in the Airline business ..I was Big into RC.....Millitary scale mostly.....talk about an expensive hobby... :D :D

Nitro R/C helis have killed in other countries.
Reports of an incident here in the U.S. in uncorroborated.
I fly a 50 nitro heli with carbon fiver blades and there is a definate pucker factor flying it..

Good move :) . Stick with models .Helis are not forgiving .Lost someone I knew a while back ,who was heli logging with a Bell 47 .
