Anyone thinking of buying a 28 Bullet or single engine vee, that passes on this boat, at this price,,,,,has a brain problem. Tom, I am sorry to see you are selling the Bullet,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but for that price, I am sure it will go to a good home very soon.
By the way,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,we ran 114.4 yesterday in the orange 28 Bullet for the video shoot:), on board camara's, the whole thing.......... One of the two GPS's said 115.0, but I like to keep it honest:eek: :D

I've seen 84mph with a stock five blade. Should do much better with a labbed Bravo 1. Just never got the chance to run it yet. Still breaking in....
Great boat for a lucky new owner!!! Forgot to mention that it's registered in AZ., so no sales tax!!

Dr Marg can confirm - but I think the motor and the IMCO Xtreme drive have to retail in the $50K range combined. I believe the OEM HO package with the Bravo 1X is around $20-$22K. Definitely a smokin deal.

This is one of the nicest Howards that I have seen on here and with that motor and drive package. the new owner will have endless trouble free low maintanance hours running. ZIt is a steal at the listed price. Even a Lavey guy has to give props to this ultra clean floater. I am sure some lucky person is going to have this new boat soon...

There it no doubt that is the best deal I have ever seen on a Howard,,,,EVER.
Was the guy that bought it a fireman?:D Anyway, sorry to see you let your Bullet go, but man,,,,,,,,,,,I would be running away from you with that boat right after I handed over the check, for fear you might change your mind. Good luck on whatever new venture you choose, and thanks for the referral the other day

Gary, Thanks for the kind words. The buyer is from New Mexico and is planning on using it at Havasu and near his home on Navajo Lake (check it out on the internet, looks bitchen!). He owns his own consulting firm specializing in the drilling of natural gas wells. Good dude, with lots of high performance boating experience. He'll be a solid addition to the Howard family. During the test ride last Saturday, we had four adults in the boat, full tank and saw 82mph using a borrowed, dinged up 30lab at 5200rpm.
As far as my boating lineage, it looks like a return to tournament bass fishing. Get ready Gary! I'll be putting some time on Lake Havasu during the winter!!
