What a coinsidence so did my buddy Dave! I wont say the last name on a public forum but he is one of the best guys you can meet. We used to go jeepin together and the river i think his wife is still working in havasu i know they are living there now. They are both great people and still in touch with reality.

Me and about 50-60 acquaintances will be at mcintyre for our annual river tubing extravaganza. They inflate tons of inner tubes and floating islands and make their way from mcintyre down to where we normally camp down at oxbow/cibola flats.
I will be out there with my jet boat, a 1977 Challenger (purple and yellow). It's a pretty good trip. The weather should be perfect. If you see me or a drunken armada of sun burnt alcoholics floating down the river be sure to say hello...

If I remember correctly anything over 9k is golden for a jet boat from blythe to palo verde. So I think we're ok

The observed April-July forecast for the Colorado River was 4.0 million acre-
feet or 51 percent of average.
Yesterday, the average Colorado River flows were 1,040 cfs near the Yuma Fourth
Avenue Bridge and 1,310 cfs at the Northerly International Boundary. The
average release from Painted Rock Dam was 0 cfs and Alamo Dam was 37 cfs. The
Morelos Dam diversions for the week of 17-Sep-2007 are expected to be 1,500 cfs.
ALL RIVER USERS should remember that fluctuating river flows may conceal or
create natural hazards such as moving sandbars, gravel bars, unstable
riverbanks, floating or submerged debris, or other unfamiliar obstacles.
Caution should be exercised while using the river between Davis Dam and the
Mexican Border at San Luis, Arizona.

Thats what designated drivers are for!:D Dont forget that J is on the no drinking deal so theres 1 and Arek will probably stay completly sober on sat. so theres 2. Or we can always do it this way NOT IT!

I used to rely heavily on this report until the last few times have gone to Blythe when the water was scheduled to be high to get there and the water was low.

I'm going to mcintyre sunday. Still not sure which boat. the daytona is a bit louder now with dry stacks...... probably take the daycruiser....

ill be there i hope your not woried about noise, i run my boat dry and there are 2 other that run dry all the time and weve never been hasseled

10-4 ill be in my cruiser its a 19 foot liberty with a 225 merc on it its dark brown with different shades of brown.

Tow that bad boy up id like to see the finished product. I am suprised that there isnt a blown injected nitro burninig nastalgia motor in it though!
my boat isnt safe enough no pop off and to heavy,my blown motor is almost done just need valves springs and lifters,it will have a keel new paint and new motor come easter. I do know of a little cp tunnel that might, maybe have a little injected nitro motor next year. But i dont know.:)
