Mohave / Hoover Dam run question

Is the upper part of Mohave still open to boats above Willow Beach or is it too late in the season for a dam run?

If remember correct I think that north of Willow Beach is closed after Labor Day.

It is closed until Memorial Day.
After that, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. All other days are open until Labor Day.
