Mercedes Benz service hook up

I have an aftermarket warranty on my car and it seems like everytime I take it in the part that is broke is not covered.
I think I need a couple new struts and wanted to have someone on my side when they talk to the warranty company.
Anyone??

I have on in the garage, it doesn't usually break as long as it doesn't move.:D
