Is it true that you can have your boat teched before the race, at a NJBA certified tech inspectors house.
Then, question #2 After being teched at the inspectors house, can you just register for the class, mail in your registration and not even go to the race and still receive points?. NEVER EVEN SHOWED TO THE RACE!
Can anyone explain this?
