New federal mogul bearings through out
New cloyes tru roller timing chain

starter and alt included
edelbrock performer manifold

This sounds like a decent motor but I think you are in hostile territory trying to sell an Olds motor on HB. Might want to also post it on the Realoldspower site, where peeps are more likely to recognize its value. ;)

Are the starter, alternator, etc. "Marine Certified" for closed engine compartments?

Yes the starter and alternator are marine approved,the MSD box,Holley electric fuel pump,and 850cfm carb are not. I will include holley 750cfm that is marine approved.
