As some of you know I retired from a 20+ year career in insurance. I accepted a position with Rarity Club (http://www.RarityClub.com). We are a gated waterfront golf community on Lake Nickajack in the beautiful mountains of TN (y'all would call them hills :D ).
By car, we are located just 20 minutes west of Chattanooga on I24. By boat, we are just above the Nickajack Lock and Dam.
Right now we are in predevelopment. Our utilities are being installed, paving should start in a couple of weeks and our 1st homes should come out of the ground this month as well. Our Trevino designed golf course construction is planned for Jan 2008 as well as our Marina.
Our amenities are:
Lee Trevino designed golf course
Marina
Clubhouse
Fitness Center (with equipment, lap pool, and aerobics)
Walking Trails
Nature Preserve
