So I'm sitting at the Golden Horseshoe,

entire basket of peanuts all over the back and shoulders of some dirtbag
that was eating 2 lobster tails while his wife and kids were splitting a burger.
I was so embarrassed and after apologizing 10,000 times I returned to my
table in disbelief and ordered dinner. I felt terrible for the guy.
Then a few minutes later I almost went through the roof as an entire pitcher
of ice water was poured down my back by this same dirtbag I had spilled the
peanuts on. He had done this as payback for my innocent and accidental
peanut dumping.
It was then that I realized that I shouldn't call him a dirtbag after all, he works for Howard Boats as a part time salesman at the LA boat show. As
a matter of fact, many of you know him as JR. He runs a 28 Bullet here in Havasu a couple times a year.
What I want to know is, should I call the cops since his act was obviously
premeditated, or should I call an attorney since I haven't been able to sleep
at night since that night, or should I merely wait until the next LA boat show
and plan and scheme some sort of retribution? Currently seeking suggestions
(especially payback methods)!
After all, my peanut dumping was simply an accident.
