Does this truck have a third row seat/ rear A/C? Will it fit in a standard garage height wise with the lift?

Thanks for the truck Mike and Jodi. You guys have a wonderful family and were a pleasure to deal with. We drove it around all day today and no one believed we payed what we did for it. You guys took great care of our new family wagon. Hope you had a great time at the rodeo today!
