olds 455 torque specs

were finally bolting the new heads and intake back together on ol' 455. Does anyone know the torque spec and/or tightening sequence for the bolts?? The intake is a torker and c heads btw. Thanks

Here is another. Normal torque sequence is from the center out equal towards each end. I prefer to start lower than full torque, and increase 10 lb/ft til I get to spec.
