View Full Version : Vacation Station RV in Carona SUCKS

I bought a brand new Kodiak diesel hauler. I used it for the summer and like all new RVs there were a few problems needing to be fixed (11 items in total).
I live in Palmdale and drove the RV to Carona to drop it off. They had it for 2 weeks and then returned it back to me Tuesday (they drove it up to me) and only fixed two items out of 11. The dumbass service manager said everything was fixed, and only two items were fixed, and were fixed halfassed.
I have left 4 messages for the service manager and have not received a call back. I also left a message for the service managers boss and still no call back. I have never in my life had to deal with service being this bad.

Did you buy an RV with a Kodiak cab, or a Kodiak truck?

Welcome to the world of RV'S. Mike Thompson RV isnt much better. You just have to keep taking it back until they get sick of seeing you.

Thanks, The purchase of the RV was actually a good situation,but the service is so bad I would never go back and buy another RV from them again, it's a package deal, good sales and good customer service. You can't have one without the other.

Make damned sure you call Dutchman!!! Tell them of the shitty service. If they repaired the unit under warranty, have Dutchman check their records to see what "VS" turned in on the ticket.
Ask Dutchman who else they have within 100 miles of your house. You may want to ask them if they will reimburse another RV repair business if they do not. Be nice to Dutchman but, make sure they understand your frustration.
