Campbell Boat Storage 12' x 35' is $145 mo. across from Windsor. Gated, 24 / 7, restrooms at office. Call in advance they will launch and pick up service except Sunday.

I pay $225/month for a 13'x50' condo at Superior- right up the street from Windsor.
Gated, water, electricity, restrooms, showers, etc.

I am not sure on pricing for 50' but I pay $175 for a 40' there. Best facility I have seen/used in Havasu (and I have been to them all).
