Any Jet Boat owners in lake Norman NC???

Just started enjoying jet boat on Lake Norman
Wondering if there's any of you out there in the area???

No, Lake Norman is usualy WAY to rough for little jet boats (it would break mine in half!). Unless you stay way up north were the river comes in.
Most of the jet boats around here hang out at Mountain Island Lake. It is the next lake down river from Norman. The launch is off of hwy. 16 next to the electric plant.
A bunch of us should be out Saturday, come join us!!

not at lake norman but i am in charlotte. My boat arrives on sat so wont be out this week or next but soon...
Warp speed any chance i can get you to come over and check out the new boat one weekend? I need someone to look over this thing to make sure she wont sink on me.:D

Yes Lake Norman does get choppy on weekends.Evenings mid week has been great recently.
We hope to get to Mountain Island within a few weeks.What is the access launch called????
