for a pump rebuild, there are a few good shops in the phoenix area......everyone will have their own opinion about all of them. i use timm at tuf-enuf in avondale...623.877.8553. some others in town are bergeron marine in mesa(thats for you overkill:D) and jett performance.

Doc is a cool cat. Ive dealt with him on several occasions and he is always helpful and polite. Hell he had me out there one evening and had my ass drunk by 6:30 pm :D :D The only issue is the drive:eek: its like taking a flight to L.A. :eek:

Then it's going to be a complete refurbish job. The motor and pump will be good do it's interior and exterior that get the works.

james is right...who cares how fast it is or what it looks like, we are all out there for a good time. and yeah, you don't want to be towed or have your shit stop working, cause if there is a rope or paddle involved there will be many picks taken and you will recieve frequent ball bustings...just ask SKOM or 67weimann :D :D :D

I got my engine hoist at Pep Boys for a little more than a $100 a few years ago as I was tired of borrowing/renting one when I needed it. Of course, once I bought it, I haven't used it but one time since then. Funny how that works. :notam:
