To get back on topic :devil: yup, BTDT. It would have been cheaper to just buy a whole new boat. We had to break the pistons to get them out of the bores, and it went downhill from there:(

My v-drive was stored 23 years before I bought it.....thankfully covered and indoors. Still took a lot of work.
