The new owner is also the owner of Carrera/Aftershock. Should be interesting to see what ratings those boats get in the evals:) :D

Well, that is interesting news. :rolleyes: I would have never guessed that considering that I spent last Sunday-Thursday up at the Hot Boat Evaluations in Havasu. :idea: I had zero problems turning the keys of my BRAND NEW boat over to the test drivers for HB Magazine. :) The drivers all made me feel extremely comfortable. The drivers that go out for the speed runs are all seasoned veterans and could probably drive my boat better than I could. One of the drivers was Alexi Sahagian. He has logged tons of hours in racing situations & in EXTREMELY high performance rigs. Everyone conducted themselves very professionally and never gave me the slightest bit of doubt on their ability.
I have met the new editor, performance team, owner, etc... The new team that they have put together is top of the line. :) I see good things coming in the future about the magazine. They are driven to make the magazine better than it has ever been and if they keep going on the track that they are headed, I am 100% confident that they will succeed! :)
